A. The fabric information and size charts for the unisex short sleeve t-shirts can be found here.
 
Q. How does the typical Petty Proverbs Unisex t-shirt fit?
A. Please review the size guide for measurements. We use Bella Canvas Unisex shirts, which is a fitted cut t-shirt on guys but remain flattering for both guys and ladies. Ladies’ should order one size down for comfort.

Q. Where is my order/shipment confirmation email?
A. Your Order/Shipment Confirmation Email will be sent to you as soon as your order ships and the tracking number has been generated.
 
Q. How do I edit my order?
A. IMMEDIATELY, email us at pettyproverbs@gmail.com to make any changes to your order. As long as we stop your order from processing we can edit your order.
 
Q. How do I add an item to an order that I already placed?
A. IMMEDIATELY, email us at pettyproverbs@gmail.com to make any changes to your order. As long as we stop your order from processing we can add the item of your choice to your order. If you order has already been processed, we cannot guarantee that the items will be in the same package, but we will make every effort to send your items together.
 
Q. I forgot to add a coupon code to my order. Should I cancel it and place a new order?
A. IMMEDIATELY email us. We can edit your order and include the discount code if your order has not been processed. If you order has been processed but not yet mailed, we will be happy to process the discount code for you.
 
Q. How do I track my shipment?
A. An email will be sent to you alerting you when your item has shipped along with the tracking number for your item. The shipment carrier information will also be included in the email.
 
Q. When will my order ship?
A. All items are made to order. Each item takes 2 to 7 days to process, depending on the availability of merchandise. Once the order is processed, you will receive an email detailing the tracking number for your item.
 
Q. How do I upgrade shipping for my order?
A. At this time, Express Shipping is not available, but we will alert you when it does become an option.
 
Q. I entered my shipping address wrong when placing my order. What can I do?
A. IMMEDIATELY contact us so that we may change the shipping information before the order is processed and a tracking number is generated. If the order has already been shipped, then we will need to wait for the order to be returned prior to sending out your order to the correct address.
 
Q. Why was sales tax applied to my order?
A. Sales tax is applied to every order. We are located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and we are required to charge sales tax on the items purchased on the website.
 
Q. How do I cancel my order?
A. IMMEDIATELY contact us so that we may cancel your order before it is processed and a tracking number is generated. See our Refund Policy here for more details on canceling your order.

Q. It’s been more than 30-Days since I received my order. Can I still return it?
A. You may return the order, but you can only exchange the item or get a store credit. You will be charged for shipping the new item.
