RETURN POLICY

Petty Proverbs is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will refund your purchase, give you a store credit, or exchange the item. Within 30 days of the ship date, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items for a refund, with no restocking fee!  Also, within 60 days of ship date, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items for a store credit or exchange, with no restocking fee! After 60 days all sales are final.

Refunds (if applicable)

1. For a refund, within 30 days of your ship date, email us at pettyproverbs@gmail.com or call us at 877-239-6560 with your order number to discuss the matter further.

2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. We do not accept any returns for refund after 30 days from ship date.

4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

5. When your refund request is approved, we will process the refund for the purchase price of the returned item and apply the refund to the original method of payment on file.

Exchange (if applicable)

1. If you need to exchange your item, within 60 days of your ship date, email us at pettyproverbs@gmail.com or call us at 877-239-6560 with your order number to discuss the matter further.

2. We do not accept any returns for exchange after 60 days from ship date.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

4. When you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and you will only be charged the cost of shipping the item to you again.

5. A shipping charge will be applied to your original method of payment on file unless otherwise discussed.

Store Credit (if applicable)

1. For store credit, within 60 days of your ship date, email us at pettyproverbs@gmail.com or call us at 877-239-6560 with your order number to discuss the matter further.

2. We do not accept any returns for store credit after 60 days from ship date.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit request.

4. When you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and you will be notified of the balance of your store credit.

5. A shipping charge for items purchased with the store credit will be first applied to the store credit, then to the original method of payment on file.

Order Cancellation

1. To cancel an order, immediately email us at pettyproverbs@gmail.com or call us at 877-239-6560 with your order number to prevent the item from being processed and/or shipped to you.

2. If your order has not yet been processed and/or shipped, then we will immediately refund your payment.

3. If your order has been processed and/or shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the cancelled order back from you and processed the order back into our inventory.

Damaged Package

1. If the item is damaged in shipping, then we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, you are responsible for return shipping, and you may ship the item back using the carrier of your choice.

2. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, you are required to contact us within 5 days of delivery of the shipment. We will work with you to quickly resolve the issue and provide instructions for returning the damaged item.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

1. If you have not received a refund yet, first contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is processed and reflected on your account statement.

2. If you have already contacted your bank or credit card company, and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at pettyproverbs@gmail.com or call us at 877-239-6560 so that we may resolve the issue.

Clearance Items (if applicable)

All sales on clearance items are FINAL. We cannot offer refund, exchange or store credit for clearance items. All clearance items will be clearly marked.

Returned Gifts

1. Petty Proverbs is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, even if you received the item as a gift! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we can offer you a store credit. Refunds are handled a little differently.  Exchanges are not permitted on items marked as gifts and sent directly to you.

2. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, then you may receive a store credit for the purchase price of the returned item once the item is received and placed back into our inventory. The charge for shipping items using the store credit will be applied to the store credit. The charge for shipping for store credit is normally applied to the original method of payment on file, and only the person who purchased the gift may authorize this transaction if shipping exceeds the store credit.  See Store Credit section above for more details on how store credits are handled.

3. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and you would like an exchange, only the gift sender may authorize this process. The charge for shipping will be applied to the original method of payment on file, and only the person who purchased the gift may authorize this transaction.  See Exchange section above for more details on how exchanges are handled.

4. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, and you do not want a store credit or an exchange, then we will process a refund to the gift giver’s form of payment on file, and the gift giver will be notified of the return.

Shipping Costs

1. In all circumstances, the cost of shipping is non-refundable.

2. Instructions for mailing your return items will be provided upon emailing us at pettyproverbs@gmail.com or calling us at 877-239-6560.

3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

4. If you are returning item(s) totaling over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
